I need help!
I went vegan May 2016, stopped in August when I found out I was pregnant. Now I'm due in just four weeks and I feel so bad about giving my baby animal product. I plan to breastfeed which means I need to get back to a vegan diet. But I need to eat A LOT because I'm going to be living with my boyfriend's family and I don't want to hear any judgements from them about how me being vegan isn't healthy for the baby 🙄🙄 so I figure as long as I'm not "starving" myself, they will shut up about it.
