Too High Risk to Find a Dr...

I've had 4 previous csections, after my last I was told there were no issues internally and if we chose to have another it wouldn't be an issue. I had a goal to lose weight, but breastfeeding was my priority and I wasn't able to lose much before I discovered a month after really getting serious about losing weight that I was pregnant again. Now apparently I'm too high risk for every single Dr I've tried to see....they keep referring me to another and another and another. I'm so confused...the referral today is for another place, when I called them they informed me that they aren't actually OBGYN but rather "high risk pregnancy consultants" and that they don't deliver babies... idk what that even means!? Just so frustrated and sad.
