Madela double electric pump

Hi i just got a Medela electric breast pump for free from my hospital has anybody had this brand? I'm a ftm 31+2 and i plan on using it so my bf can feed my baby too when I'm not around/completely exhausted as i will only have 6 weeks leave. I just wanna know if this pump is as good as it claims to be and also if you have tips on when to start using it and how to store milk and thaw it and stuff like that. And also when to introduce a bottle because I've heard things of nipple confusion in my breastfeeding class and they recommend not giving the baby a bottle at all of your breastfeeding which is confusing to me too cuz idk how he's gonna eat while I'm at work lol. But yeah share tips below!
