ouch!!! 😩

soooo this has been happening since my first trimester, and had been getting increasingly painful. might be a lil tmi but when i get cold, and my nipples harden, it HURTS! like a strong, stabbing pain.. i haven't heard anyone say it's happened to them, so is this normal?! they harden normally, not usually very sensitive.. but holy cow does it hurt! i've tried softer bras, giving them space inside my bra, no bras.. STILL HURTS. help!!! 😖😖
