Rainbow baby no more?

So as most can see from my previous posts k went in for blood work and ultrasound the other day, my blood work showed high levels of hcg and suggested I was 6weeks pregnant, they had an ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound done and found just a sack, no heart beat no baby just the gestational sack so the ER ruled it as a miscarriage but referred me to a specialist for more blood work in two days(today) just in case it was too soon for anything to be seen, I got the blood work done and the specialist told me my levels were so high when I got the ultrasound they should have been able to see something more if it was a healthy pregnancy, they said if my levels haven't doubled then this pregnancy isn't viable. I'm absolutely crushed.
