I've had my industrial for like 2-3 years and these bumps has been there for as long as I can remember. How do I get rid of them. Is it too late. 
I also have this bump on my ear from an allergic reaction and the earring actually going INSIDE MY EAR! It's been like this for a reallllly long time. Is it too late to fix that too?

that looks to me like it's honestly on it's way out and rejecting. for sure go and talk to a piercer (any, maybe not the one who gave you this?) and get their advice. you can always get it redone on the other side or when this side heals!!

They are keloids. I have gotten these on all 13 of my piercings. Put warm water on them 3 times a day and a drop of tea tree oil and water to dilute it. It will go away. 😌

Sea salt soaks a lot. They will eventually go away. Tea tree oil too!
