vertigo

Has anyone else ever experienced extreme dizziness during pregnancy? Yesterday, all day long, I couldn't sit up or walk at all without the room completely spinning and feeling like I was gonna fall over due to being so dizzy.. to the point of it making me nauseous and I threw up. After that I literally stayed in bed for the rest of the day and night and so far this morning I feel fine thank goodness! My doctor said it's a common symptom of the 2nd trimester, so I'm not too worried.. just find it odd bc I never experienced this with my previous 2 pregnancies and I've never had any friends/family experience this, so I'm just curious if any of y'all have!
