Should all POC be allowed to use the N word?

This is something that came up recently between a friend and I. Curious how black individuals feel about other non-black POC using the N word.  I lived in predominantly Hispanic and black community growing up, and it was common for the Hispanic community to use the word "n***a" amongst friends. I also noticed public figures, including AggyAbby who is of Columbian and Portuguese descent, will use the word today when referring to females and males alike, from the black community. Do you, as a member of the black community, think it's acceptable for all POC to be using this particular word? Please elaborate why you answered yes or no.
