Divorce

Ok ladies I have a question for ya. So I'm filing for divorce since my dick of a ex husband refuses to send me papers. We've been separated for over two years and he's in prison. So how do I go about doing this? Ik if I send him the papers, he's not gunna sign cuz he's got it in his sick mind that there's still a chance to fix the marriage. I want to just have a judge sign them but I have no clue how to go about this. Any ideas ladies?
