Trying to get pregnant 🤰 help please ?

So I've been married about a year and my husband brought it up that we should try to get pregnant. We've been trying the last couple of months and nothing has happened. I'm taking ovulation test to ensure that I'm ovulating. We're trying to be more stress free, I lay there for about 30mins after sex with my legs in the air like some type of crazy person lol. Do any of you ladies have any advise for us on how to conceive faster?

Like Kiarra said. Have sex every other day. Forget opk tests. Forget what the app says. Often times opk tests fail so u miss Ur fertile week all together. Having sex every other day for at least two cycles ensures that you always have fresh sperm already waiting for the egg to drop and be fertilized.
