Migraine hat?

Does anyone use one of these? Does it work? Can you lie down with it? Getting desperate for treatment and trying to avoid prescription medication.

I never heard of it. I do ice pack knowing they wouldn't work with the hope of avoiding pain meds. I wait till it worsens, and I throw up 3 to 4 times, feel like banging my head against the wall, emptied stomach when I feel I can't take advil anymore. I know I am one adamant bitch!! And I gulp down a cup of milk, take an advil and go straight to sleep. When I wake up, I feel better, one day of my calendar is wasted though!! I'll Google migraine hat.

I have never heard of it but have you tried acupuncture or chiropractor

I know this sounds weird but I self medicate with SUPER spicy food and then chase it with a large coffee and two extra strength Advil. It's been working for me since grade 12 as long as I catch it before it's full blown! If it reaches the point of no return I have to sit in a dark room taking pain meds every 4 hours until it lest up enough to function.
