emergency room this weekend

I've been extremely sick all weekend. Drs are saying I have a pretty bad viral infection that i have to let run its course. I've been having high fevers ( 102.9 ) for about 3 days now. I went to the emergency room Saturday where I had a high heart rate as well. Should I be worried about the baby considering the fevers have been so high? Im 8 wks exactly today
