should I call the cops?

My husband and I got into a fight yesterday. He then waited until I didn't expect it and left suddenly. I chased him outside where he looked at me and pulled out very fast. I haven't heard from him in almost 24 hours. His phone is off. He did not show up for work. I called his dad, his mom didn't answer, I called my family, his friends, no one has seen him. I don't have a car to go out looking for him. I haven't slept since he left I am so worried.

What should I do? He's only did this once before. He left for about 12 hours and didn't take his phone. This time, he has his phone and there's a car charger so he can charge it..

I checked the bank account, he withdrew $100 today from our savings so I know he's not dead. I think he took out cash so I wouldn't know where he's going if he uses the card.

If you explain the story to the cops, they probably won't do anything at this point because it sounds like he intentionally isn't responding to you... I'd wait, it's too early yet.

He's obviously alright, just avoiding you and his family is doing the same which is why neither are answering your calls. The police won't do anything.

Since he took cash out of the bank to day the cops probly won't do anything cuz he clearly just don't want to home right now. I'd just keep trying ppl see if he called or showed up .your bank can tell you want atm he got it out of that would help with where is at

You could call the police and just ask for their advice. They may not even take a report at this time, but they might. If your husband has done this before, I wouldn't bother calling the police. I would just wait for him to call or come home.
