Do I have the rights to get mad if my fiancé ex gf sends him happy birthday text msgs every year?

She texted him yesterday on his birthday and she does it every year with a different number. She's married with a daughter and still hasn't left my fiancé alone. He has block her on all the different Facebook accounts she makes to talk to him and doesn't respond back to the calls and texts. I called back from my phone yesterday but in private cause my fiancé didn't want me to call from my number but either way she found out my number and texted me saying who is this? I wanted to respond so bad who I was and that she needs to leave my finance alone!!!
