Pain when removing?

Question

Does anyone else hurt when removing your cup? I make sure the seal is broken so that there's no suction and suspect it may be a hymen issue, because getting that little guy in there to start with is always a struggle. But taking it out. Oh no.
Should I lubricate the cup for removal too? What do you recommend?

I think mine gets caught up on the Hymen as well when I insert/remove. Something that helps is stretching your opening.  Take a clean finger and just run it along the circumference of your opening and stretch it a bit and it'll go in a bit easier

You may just have a sensitive urethra. I'm not sure how exactly you break your seal, but, if you don't already, you can try folding it in half with your finger (like a hotdog) while you pull it out. That works for me with my firmer cups. I'm not sure how lubing it would work, not saying that it wouldn't, I'm just saying that I don't have experience with that. Good luck!
