First Time With Diva Cup
I recently decided to try cups, even though my OB/GYN told me that my heavy bleeding and large clots will be an issue on days 2 and 3. I bought the Diva Cup size 2 because I'm 31 and it seems too big. I went back out and got the size 1, and no matter how I put it in, it's so uncomfortable. Any tips?
