Broken zipper on baby bag!!

Well I recently changed out diaper bags for my son because the zipper on the first one on the side broke and it looked pretty taky if I continued to use it but I changed it out for the diaper bag I got when I was pregnant that I never used. Well the zipper broke on this one too 😧 I mean it in both of the sides you know how oh zip it up but when I do it goes when I try to zip it up but the little latches one it actually doesn't close . Any of you mamas know how to fix it!!!
