Baby's eye looks swollen?

We woke up this morning and he had a little more sleep and mucus in on eye than the other and hes having a harder time opening it and it looks like it could b swollen but I'm not sure if im just seeing things cause im worried...is the mucus and hard time opening it enough to mean anything tho?

Could be allergies. My daughter has been having the same thing. One of her eyes has been kinda puffy and very watery for the last few days. I thought it was pink eye at first but the dr said it was allergies. They just said to wipe it with a warm wash cloth a couple times a day.

Could just be allergies or could be pink eye I would check to make sure with doctor.
