Baby Bag to bring to hospital?

What all do you bring to the hospital as soon as you go into labor? & does the hospital provide you with items? ALL COMMENTS WELCOMED PLEASE!!

I will be taking pretty much everything for baby. (Diapers, wipes, clothes, socks, hats, mittens, blankets). Only because I pre-registered at the hospital and I asked what was given and they said all they give is about 3 diapers and a receiving blanket. Since I'm having a c-section I will be in the hospital for about 3 days.

At our tour, my hospital gave a list of what to pack for both baby and myself. So I'll follow that.

House slippers, chapstick, socks, clothes to put on when you shower after the baby is born (trust me you'll be so happy to put on your favorite pair of old sweats rather than another hospital gown)  going home outfit for the baby, toiletries (I wanted my shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. I bought travel size from Target) phone chargers, lanolin cream if you're breastfeeding. A hoppy pillow may also come in handy but it isn't 100% necessary.

I definitely depends on where you go, I would suggest making an appointment to see a midwife or your ob at the hospital. I'm going to a public hospital which as far as I know don't supply anything once the birth and labour is over. 
I'm bringing nappies, wipes, a bunch of onsies, beanies, mittens, socks etc. socks and normal clothes for me, toiletries muslin wraps and baby blankets also maternity pads and breast pads ☺️

I think it depends on the hospital what they provide. My hospital had blankets, baby clothes, hats, diapers, wipes, nipple cream, formula (if needed) and pads and stuff for you. I brought toiletries, large comfy clothes, phone charger, hand cream, lip balm, snacks, etc. for baby I had a fully stocked diaper bag.
