Didn't ovulate - but AF arrived
So I took Letrozole this past month & my progesteone was a 1.9. The doctor said I did not ovulate & I'd have to do provera. I waited a few days to just see if AF would show even though I assume she wouldn't due to not ovulating & having an irregular cycle. However, I just started light spotting & have horrible cramps.
Does anyone know how AF would of started if I didn't O? Or could I have O'd & my progesterone was checked too early in my cycle? Thanks ladies!
