I have a crush, big affffffffff

Help! There's this guy I'm absolutely in love with.  We friends and crap, but we're not that close. I don't know if he likes me back, but it would be so nice, if someone can tell me how to make the first move. I'm scared, because we're Muslim, but he drives me crazy! I really like him. But I don't know what to do! I'm 13, and lonely. Should I follow my dreams, or should I leave him as a past memory. I asked my bestie, but she has no f'ing clue either!! Heeeeeellllllllp!!!
