Nervous about using menstrual cup with IUD
I've had my IUD in for almost a year and although I have positive and negative feelings about it, I'm sticking with it.
I moved to South Korea to teach English and they don't use tampons here, only pads. You can buy them but they are crazy expensive. SOOO just bought a cup online.
I've done lots of research and I know the risks of pulling out your IUD are slim but does anyone have extra or settling advice? I just can't risk pulling it out since I don't have access to my Gyno and going somewhere here would be a huge mess.
