help!!!!
I skipped a month, but started my period yesterday. And let me tell you, cramps have been AWFUL and the blood just keeps flowing! This is the heaviest my flow has EVER been. I use the diva cup and it has been completely filled at LEAST 5 times these last two days! Any advice? It is so bad!!!
