numb face, tunnel vision, vomiting

I'd love to hear if anyone else has dealt with this problem. Just called the dr and left a message on the nurses line but I'm so anxious to know if anyone else is dealing with this. . 

Out of the blue my face will go numb, I'll feel really with nausea, and I'll have tunnel vision like I'm going to pass out. I've been dealing with that for a couple of weeks now but it has progressed to throwing up right after the tunnel vision. The last appointment I went to I told them about the feeling of almost passing out and they did a blood pressure test of me laying, sitting, and standing. They said that I have very low blood pressure - 87/59. And that I just need to not stand quickly so I won't black out. I'm not dealing with morning sickness anymore so it's not that. I'm 15 w pregnant.
