Do ever worry about how the turn out is going to be for your baby shower

I was rounding up my addresses from friends and family and I am always a worry wort about the turn out like who is going to make it😣. Comment below if you would like

Sadly yes. But after my bridal shower and wedding, I don't have high ups about anyone family wise other than my mom and sister being at my baby shower -I figure if they didn't come to the wedding why would they come to a baby shower?

Me. I don't have friends and most of my family lives out of state. I also just had a bridal shower a year ago and it was a super low turn out so I know there's no chance in it being a huge thing. Lol. My in laws/husband's family are really the only ones attending or getting us stuff etc. So my expectations are super low. I want to invite lots of people but I know that they won't come or will bail at the last minute or just not buy anything.

I'm hoping for a big turn out lol because I am paying a lot for my birth and hope to get a good haul of supplies! LOL

I have a lot of extended family who's invited me to their showers so fingers crossed but I'm pretty shy so I don't really have all that many people I'm really close to. Whatcha gonna do lol

We are having it at a family friends house with a pool so maybe thatll be a big draw haha

Yes! I go from thinking too many people will show up then the next day I'm nervous that it will be half empty! My venue has a max capacity so I'm worried people I invited will bring extra guests or that everyone will show (I invited like 5 extra people over the capacity). Then I remember how flaky everyone is and start feeling like no one will come 😭😭

I personally wouldn't mind a smaller group and feel a bit self conscious about a larger one. I'm not used to being the center of attention and this will be my first actual baby shower. My friends are doing all the planning so I'll see, I am looking forward to seeing how it all turns out. 😊

I'm more worried about my sister-in-law planning mine. She is about to graduate nursing school, and is very preoccupied with that (as she should be), but I feel like planning it isn't a priority at all. It's a month away and she hasn't picked a location or time, which means that I can't order the invitations yet, let alone send them out (she asked me to do invites so it would be easier on her. Which I am thankful for.)

I have a lot of people (hopefully) coming from out of town, and I'm just afraid no one will show up because invites were not sent out in time. I have talked to her about my concerns, but she seems to not want me to even mention the baby shower until after she graduated. *Sigh*

Same thing only I still don't know who will throw my shower, when it will be or who would go. Just trying to not worry about it and remember it's not about that but our coming baby girl.

Not really I have a few friends and that's it where I live and my family is all over the place but in the same state so it makes it easier I do worry about some of my Hubby's family but I know everyone who can will show up for my sides!
