sweet tea?!??

So I read online that it is safe to drink sweet tea during pregnancy but I wondered how much is too much. Recently that is all I have been craving !!!!

For every glass of tea, I drank a glass of water, to balance it out. But I'm in the deep south, and out blood type is sweet tea, so there was no way I was going without 😂

It's literally the only fluid I can hold down so I go through a large Chick-fil-A sweet tea a day 😧

Caffeine isn't good for baby at all, drinking 2 cups of tea is the equivalent of drinking 1 cup of coffee & you're only supposed to limit yourself to 1 cup a day! I live in Texas too and I still drink tea and soda but I drink more water than anything!

You should limit your caffeine to 200 mg a day...doesn't matter if it's coffee, coke, or tea...
