Night terrors?

So my baby will be a year old next month and she doesn't sleep through the night. Most nights she wakes up multiple times crying and as soon as I give her her pacifier she goes back to sleep. Very rarely does she sleep all night. I've read a little bit online and it seems she may have night terrors but I'm not sure. She has been doing this for a couple months now, but until recently she's started crying like she's hurt. She has two naps a day. One around 1 or 2 ish. Then later around 5 ish and only sleeps about an hour or so. We have a pretty routine set of her going to bed at 1030 or 11 and waking up at 930 or 10.

Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to help it?
