prenatal making me sick?

I've noticed that whenever I take my prenatal, no matter what time in the day, about a half hour later I'll feel so sick to the point where I'm hanging out in my bathroom in case I throw up. Does anyone else have this issue??

I get sick from the pills and the gummies. I found a powdered prenatal that I just add to my water. I got it at my local vitamin store

I have to have mine right after dinner or I feel the same way. That's always been a thing for me though.

I was faking folic acid and it made me feel so sick. I took it on a morning with my breakfast. Started to take it before bed and then it stopped! Try and change the time you take them!

I had to take mine 30 seconds before I fell asleep to not immediately feel like dying. Like, when I was already in bed, already peed and had the lights out, then I'd take it and god forbid someone talk to me before I fell asleep 😂

Eat half your food first then take your prenatal pill with some juice then eat the rest of your food. Trust me it helped a lot!!

I think it's the iron. I tried the gummies but they lacked iron.  Try Rainbow Light, it has a different form of iron but it's still a a huge pill. I supplement with DHA pills.

I have tried so many different ones, with meals, first thing in the morning, etc... they still make me sick. If I plan on going out I don't take one at all but being a stay at home wife most the time I just kinda suffer through it. Luckily I rarely puke
