After posting about my ppd I got alot of helpful responses from other moms .... I started seeing a therapist and I started being open with my patner
It' was really comforting to know that I wasn't alone and that there's alot of women going through this .... Your advice has really helped me alot and I want to thank you ladies for the help and the advice you've given me
I'm doing alot better i'm taking everything one step at a time
