I have to take it for my seizures but I would not recommend anyone getting on it or any other benzodiazepines. Although it may help some with anxiety & panic attacks it is not worth the risk of complications from stopping the medication. Benzos & alcohol are the only 2 withdrawals that could be deadly and I tell you from experience that getting off them is excruciating and awful.

Are you taking it for anxiety? I've taken it before and it actually made things worse for me. The only anti anxiety med that works for me okay is valium.
