31 weeks and awful constipation?

Question

I know constipation is normal throughout pregnancy but the past two days or so it's been really bad for me, like it actually hurts and is causing me some pain here and there in that area. I have been constipated mildly throughout my pregnancy off an on, but this just seems a lot worse. Anyone else experiencing this?

My midwife recommended adding benifiber to my day. It has really helped a lot!

Colace is the best! Take 2 tablets for a couple days. I've used it both pregnancies, it's not a laxative, and was recommended by my midwife.

Alfalfa capsules help, that's what my midwife recommended when I was super constipated in the first trimester. Now I have the opposite problem 🙄

2 a day 🙌🏽. You just need more fiber :)

Try eating prunes or putting flax seed in your cereal it will help you go to the bathroom. It's not good for baby if your constipated
