An awesome opportunity for day care just opened up for us, but for some reason I feel weird that neither of the two care providers are mothers themselves. This thought never occurred to me before, especially since I was a nanny before a mother. Do you think a good care provider needs to be an experienced mother? One of the providers is a former co worker of mine and is a great, smart and structured person.
