thankful for my fiancé through this

With my employer screwing me out of MY position at work due to 'the medical surgical pediatrics floor cannot accommodate you for that long of a period of time' and 90% sure they're not holding my position for me even after I have the baby... I am going to be taking two extra months off after the baby and going to school with my help of my sister in law. My fiancé said we'll be fine no matter what and he's rather see me not stressed out anymore and spending more time with the baby anyway. I can't thank him enough. This is all so stressful I don't even know if they can do this to me. I'm going to fill out FMLA forms and possibly talking to a lawyer but idk anymore what I should or shouldn't do
