working out 🏋 question on active level
So we just found out I'm pregnant I have a 30+ hour endurance event this Friday.
What are your thoughts on mommas who workout during pregnancy? I want to remain active and healthy during my pregnancy... my fiancé and kids wants to bubble wrap me lol
I think hiking ... light light lifting should be ok ... do you have to wait after a certain amount of weeks to get back to the active life or did you just remain the same active level ?
