Phases of Morning Sickness? 9+4 weeks

Just when I thought I was done with my morning sickness....bam! It wakes me up and I've been getting sick all morning! I love being pregnant. Absolutely am in love with my baby and this pregnancy, but this morning sickness....not loving so much. But, if this is what I have to go through for my little strawberry, than I will suffer through many more days if I have to.

Morning sickness is definitely not just in the beginning. The first tri is notoriously the worst, but it can pop up through the entire pregnancy.

Keeping crackers bedside and eating a few before you even get out of bed can be helpful.

Mint, ginger, lavender, and sour things seem to help settle stomachs too. I keep preggie pop drops handy to settle my stomach.
