My boyfriend is annoyed that I'm anxious and need reassurance

I know anxiety is no excuse but I also know I can't always help my doubts. Sometimes I'll randomly start asking if he still wants to me with me and if I'm enough. Yes, i get if we are together he wants to be with me but I still get worried about situations. It all started after a horrible stalker situation that turned me into a super anxious person from fear I dealt with for over a year.
