2 miscarriages and pregnant again

I've had 2 miscarriages in the past year. One at 9 weeks and the other at 5 weeks. I'm pregnant again and have the worst anxiety. I'm almost 6 weeks and I've been called back for more blood work because my hcg was at 718 at 5 weeks. Idk if I should be worried or just be grateful for the Dr who has been very attentive. I hope this one sticks. 😩😔
