Hi ladies, so I have a question about bbt, does is go down the day you are supposed get The AF or the day after? I'm supposed to get it today but I took my temperature in the morning and it was still high so idk 😐 It still hasn't come yet but I have symptoms I just took these and I don't know what to think!
