7 weeks today

Heya all

So I'm 7 weeks today and ive still yet to have any real symptoms sometimes I sit here and wonder if I am actually pregnant. I have sore nipples and have thrown up once and a few period like cramps but apart from that nothing. My first midwife appointment isn't for another 3 weeks by that time I'll be 10 weeks going off my last period. It's all a little weird because when your trying to get pregnant people give you a list of symptoms that are supposed to be a sign of pregnancy but I'm yet to have any of them. If it wasn't for taking a test on a whim I would never know! I'd be that woman that goes to the toilet and a baby pops out lol.
