Cyst on ovary. 5 ish weeks pregnant

Went to ob today and learned I'm 4-5 weeks through blood HCG, my numbers were in the 400's (I can't remember, I worked midnights the last 2 nights lol). I was having severe cramps in my RLQ and was sent for an US. Still too small to see anything but I learned I have a "rather large" corpus luteum cyst? She didn't tell me how large "rather large" is, but that explains my severe pain. Anyone else experienced this? I'm so worried! Google is not my friend!!!!
