I still don't feel pregnant!

I'm almost 13weeks & I've absolutely ZERO symptoms except for constant hunger which has died down a lot! I have no belly, no line, no morning sickness, no tender breast, no nausea & no food cravings. I've tried for 10yrs to get pregnant so I've been looking forward to this. I wanted to experience every aspect of being pregnant & I know I should be grateful to have it so easy going but I can't help feeling like I'm being cheated. Everyone Kew we were trying & that we got pregnant through IVF & I know through IVF you don't get a lot of the symptoms but I can't help feeling this way. Does anyone one else feel like this?
