Is this outfit inappropriate for a job interview?

I have a job with Madewell (retail clothing store) this Friday, and I'm so excited!! However, I want to show them that I can dress well and definitely wear something from their brand. So, is this out lift appropriate for the interview? & because it's warm outside so I has to wear pantyhose?

As a manager my advise to you is dress conservatively. It doesnt matter if it doesnt reflect your personal style because thats not the point. Show you have good taste and a professional attitude toward the job you want. No denim so jean skirt is out. Avoid anything that might be too short, remember you might be sitting directly across from someone possibly with no table between you. You're going to want to feel comfortable, not focused in adjusting your outfit too much. This is just my opinion. I believe a suit jacket looks great on everyone. And this is just for work and job interviews. Looks are important so dress conservatively.

Okay!!! Don't listen to people who are telling you dress more professional, I work at a retail store and they are DEFINITELY checking out your fashion sense and how you dress. Maybe find a longer skirt or wear like colored tights and ankle boots.
