Pain in lower right abdomen?!?
I have a very dull aching pain in my lower right abdomen. I'm also struggling to go number two, and I think that has something to do with it but I can't be sure. I ovulate tomorrow so maybe I'm experiencing ovulation cramps?? Help please!
