feeling huge
I'm having a really hard time with the weight gain. I had an eating disorder for over a decade, and though I've been in remission a long time, the obsessive thoughts and negative body image don't go away. I was heavier than I was comfortable with when I got pregnant and now at around 22 weeks I've gained about 25 pounds 😫. I could eat better and exercise more, but I definitely don't sit on my ass all day. I'm a teacher with a classroom on the 5th floor of a school with no elevator. How do I deal with feeling like a whale? I feel like people are judging me and I'm that person that people are saying "wow she gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy. Eesh"
