spotting

So, I think I'm around 6 weeks pregnant. Found out last Friday with 3 hpt came out all with a strong blazing positive then on Sunday I started spotting. The spotting stopped after the 3rd trip to the bathroom. Went to get my HCG blood test today the doctors office sent it off late so I won't get my results until tomorrow morning but I started spotting again with a really little bitty blood clot super small. Now the spotting is starting to slow down. So has anyone experienced any bleeding during their pregnancy? Should I be worried? Had a chemical on Christmas Day hoping this time it's a sticky baby.
