Pregnancy Pillow

I just ordered a pregnancy pillow (22w 1d).  I had one with my previous pregnancy but gave it away because it's so bulky.  However, after suffering through my first pregnancy without one, I can say they are worth the money and do not compare to a body pillow.  I ordered the U-shaped pillow (can't remember brand).  I hope it compares to my last pillow.  Anyone else feeling the aches and pains already?
