WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME???

so today I just finished my first pack of bc and he came an inch inside me. and now it's itching sooooo bad and I don't know what it is. before I got my period I had vaginal dryness (thought so because of the symptoms but not sure because I didn't have it checked). those days of "dryness" was awfully sore and I couldn't enjoy sex as much as I used to. I just don't get it because the whole time I had my period nothing was painful down there but now it's BACK, ITCHY, PAINFUL, AND WORSE. HELP😞
