vaginal burning?

My vagina burns, especially when I pee. It gets worse during and after period or sex. My pee looks red and cloudy. I was diagnosed with Ecoli a month or two ago. Every time I go I get a new diagnosis. Yeast infection, BV, UTI, Vaginal dryness, etc. all I know is it hurts and I'm tired of Dr. Visits and anti biotic that don't work. Any over the counter rememdies or at home rememdies that might cure this? I'm so sick of the medication not working. Help😢
