Can I keep the boobs? 😘

I had my first baby at age 16 don't judge it was a rape thing and my religion doesn't do abortions and I love my baby girl with all my heart so it doesn't matter. Anyways. I never had boobs yet at that age until I started breast feeding them all of a sudden I went to a b cup which was huge for me. Now I have my baby boy and I've gone up to a c or d cup. Can I keep them. Any tips to keep them at least not saggy ?!?! Or let me know anything to help them stay cute
