Help... Baby had started night feeds again at 7 months.

My Son was doing well and going to bed at 19.00-06.00ish without a feed and sleeping through most nights from about 6 months. He's just turned 7 months 3 days ago and the last 3 nights he's woken up sometimes multiple times and has been fed once overnight all 3 nights. The feeds have been between 1am-2.45 so he must need it wakening up that early. I've tried offering water, giving him a cuddle and dummy but he just cries until he gets the bottle. He's got no teeth I don't think its teething. Any tips?
